Inspect at handover
Check the condition and details against the listing. If something is wrong, keep your delivery PIN and report the problem from the order.
Confirm or raise a problem
Sharing your delivery PIN after inspection releases funds to the seller’s wallet. If no PIN is shared and no dispute is opened, funds are automatically released three days after delivery.
Know what verification means.
An approved seller application and a verified badge are different states. A badge shows that Debelu has additionally confirmed who runs that store. It does not guarantee every listing, product quality, or outcome.
Understand verificationThe right code. At the right time.
Never share your password or login codes. Only share your delivery PIN with the seller after you have inspected your order.
Keep payments and order conversations in Debelu. Choose a populated, well-lit meeting place and avoid private rooms. Do not let pressure or urgency replace inspection.
When things do not go to plan.
What happens during a dispute?
Open the order, choose Report a problem, and add clear photos or other evidence. An open dispute keeps funds held while Debelu reviews information from both sides. Check your account for updates.
Will every dispute lead to a refund?
The outcome depends on the review. If a dispute is approved, eligible funds are returned to your Debelu wallet. Do not assume a refund has completed until your account shows it.
What should sellers do?
Use accurate photos and descriptions, agree the handover in chat, and let the buyer inspect before requesting the delivery PIN. Keep order evidence and respond to a review when asked.
