When is payment released?
Sharing your delivery PIN after inspection releases funds to the seller’s wallet. If no PIN is shared and no dispute is opened, funds are automatically released three days after delivery.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Do not share your delivery PIN if there is a problem. Open the order and report the issue with clear evidence. An open dispute keeps funds held while Debelu reviews it.
How does the desired-share calculation work?
The calculator divides your desired share by 0.95 and rounds the suggested price up to the nearest kobo. The displayed fee is rounded to the nearest kobo. It illustrates Debelu’s current 5% seller fee; it does not quote delivery or withdrawal costs.
