1. The Debelu service

Debelu is a campus marketplace that helps people discover listings, communicate about orders and use the marketplace’s payment and handover features. This website explains that service and its policies.

A seller’s listing is an offer from that seller. The seller’s identity and responsibilities are separate from Debelu’s responsibility for the platform. Read the Terms of Service and Vendor Agreement for the respective roles.

2. General enquiries and support

For questions about the service, use Contact or email hello@debelu.com. For help with an account or order, email help@debelu.com and provide the relevant order reference or account email.

Describe the problem and the outcome you are asking for. Do not send passwords, session values, payment authentication codes or a delivery PIN by email. The Help Centre explains the available order and dispute steps.

3. Formal legal notices

Send formal notices and requests for contracting-party information to legal@debelu.com. Identify the sender, the matter concerned, the relevant listing or order where applicable, and a contact address for correspondence.

A request for corporate information, authority to use a name or logo, or a contractual document should explain the purpose and the information needed. Do not infer a seller’s corporate identity from the Debelu name or a marketplace listing.

4. Privacy, safety and security contacts

Use privacy@debelu.com for personal-data questions and rights requests. The Privacy Policy explains request verification, retention considerations and independent regulatory recourse.

Use safety@debelu.com for harmful listings or conduct, and security@debelu.com for a suspected security weakness. Include useful evidence while limiting disclosure of other people’s personal information.

5. Names, content and media enquiries

Debelu’s name and brand materials identify the service. Access to a website asset does not give permission to imply sponsorship or affiliation. The Brand page provides available materials and usage guidance.

For media enquiries, contact press@debelu.com and see Press. Listing photos, descriptions and other seller content remain subject to their owners’ rights and the platform’s content rules.

6. Related information and remedies

The Legal centre brings together the policies for accounts, trading and data handling. Status reports the service information available to the status page; it is not a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies available under Nigerian law. The FCCPC provides consumer guidance, and the NDPC provides data-protection guidance.
